Marc -

A bit more info needed about your system ...

1) computer or mobo make and model ?

2) slot used for Axio LE (and is it the LE2 ... PCIe version?)

3) what other cards are installed? GPU? Controllers?

4) Vista 64 ... is it 'Business' and what SP?

5) What version (build) of CS4 (and specifically Premiere pro)?

6) Which build of Matriox Utils?

7) Media (video) drive config and throughput?

The above will help ... thanks!
