We have both 42" and 50" in Panasonic series 11 plasmas as well as FSI LM 2450W
The pansonics are beautiful monitors easy to dial in very very close to the FSIs (of course we are dialing them in based on the FSI which have been spectro analyzed)
The panasonics do NOT show inter field Jitter The FSIs of course do

we love the FSI monitors, great company, great product

The panasonics provide the best SD picture any of us have seen on an HD monitor, HD is gorgeous and to be able to dial them in is truly wonderful. Off axis is virtually non existant
They will also play 1080Psf 23.98 over component analog something we have not found in a consumer HDTV including other panasonic monitors.
the 42 inch is almost, if not impossible to find in the US anymore but the 50s can still be had
there are input cards available for the series 11 from DVI-d through SD/HD SDI and up to dual link HD/SDI. you get 1 slot empty to drop in an option card
