Although native 1920x1200, the 2408WFP has an HDMI input (and a whole host of other inputs too) and supports what Matrox call "dot by dot" mode (in the Dell its found in Display Settings -> Wide Mode -> 1:1) so it ought to be able to display 1920x1080 from the MXO2 without scaling ... I haven't tried it myself so can't vouch personally for its compatibility but I don't see anything to suggest it would not be. It looks like it could be a good and versatile monitor.
