MXO2 Dead on Arrival

Just wanted to add to the epic story.

I received my MXO2, and all I receive is a red screen thru the HDMI with some flickering blue pixelated blocks. Does it on 2 Macbook Pro's, and the MacPro using the PCIe card.

This is a huge lesson in patience, as I have deadlines looming before me.

How does one get support from Matrox? There is no phone numbers on their site.
