Two reasons for that, Mike.

1) Not that many Matrox users even know about the COW, or if they do, they're too busy making $$ ... and ...

2) Most of them are not in need of support from other users.

Seriously ... if they bought it from us, they just call us and we take care of them ... including accessing their systems directly, when needed.

I'm sure many other dealers do the same. Also, Matrox has their own support forum so ...

That being said, you will frequently see posts here from Joe Trepanier at Matrox ... a really great guy to answer ALL our questions!
