I'm not sure if I have an external power brick. I'd have to dig deep in the pile of equipment boxes I seem to have piling up! I'm assuming there's info on using an external power supply somewhere in the manuals?

I find it odd that the Adobe Media Export doesn't work either. I'd put up with the wait (and lower quality) for the immediate future until the problem is solved.
