I guess only people who own at least one or another of Matrox pro card or dps card can see the different with the X2. But, for other users who are new or never use the DigiSuite or dpsReality, CAN NEVER SEE THE DIFFERENT.

When come to SHARPNESS-I chose Leitch product over Matrox. I hate road show from either company. The best way to check out the quality is from other user who in business and have use one or other card. They will tell you what is good and what not. Nobody want to defame their own company while selling their product but only user can.

I'll just stick with my old DigiSuite for SD AVI format wedding work and my dpsReality for professional work.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The X2 take forever to convert a 2 hours 16x9 Mpeg2. I'm talking about over 7 hours for a two hour wedding! Don't you just hate it Matrox overlook these important issue! At least dpsReality did 16x9 at an impressive speed of only 2 hours and SHARP-Now that REAL TIME! Oh, the DigiSuite-forget it.

I can't believe Matrox lie to me about how good their X2 is. Don't get me wrong, I own many Matrox card, 2 DigiSuite LE, Parlar graphic card, Rt2500, RT100, X10. None these card give me Sharp image. After comparing side by side with dps card-Matrox is the thing of the past.

Nit.
