Yes, after shooting with the Canon XL1s, the RTx100 is going to provide you with the highest quality video for the format you're shooting on.

When it's installed and configured correctly, the RTx100 provides many layers of realtime DV video, along with very fast render times, and the ability to preview your work out on a monitor before you finish your video.
