I get "error compiling movie" or "failed to return a video frame" with using Cinemacraft or MainConcept plugin MPEG2 exporting. It could well be Decklink. I'm not sure. There are new Decklink drivers due very soon, so I'll keep persisting. I have to disagree with you re encoding quality. :0) I think Cinemacraft multi-pass VBR is THE best, particularly for 100min-plus encodes.
