What sort of issues have you had with the Decklink?

In this release of Axio you will have to use the inbuilt Premiere/Main Concept encoder for Mpeg2 or a third party. We will probably push Procoder with Axio as nothing beats it for speed and quality.

For shorter jobs this will be a bit fiddly, however for longer work, <20 minutes, it's actually faster to render the timeline to a file and then use Procoder to encode.

The issues you are seeing might relate to Premiere's inbuilt encoder and not Decklink, but it can be difficult to narrow these things down.
