Hi,

PLEASE HELP!! I have received the following runtime error when I start up Video studio 11.5 Plus and so therefore cannot work:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program:....ram filesUlead SystemsUlead Videostudio 11vstudio.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

If anyone can help please do as I am not getting any help from Ulead at all. Emailed them twice so far and nothing.
