How can I specify at what point I want my chapters to start and stop within a link?

Ok, Im pretty much done wiht my project, except for this part, which is important. Its for my wedding video. I have it broken down into three parts. Reception, speeches, and dances. each are its own seperate link. However, each speech is its own chapter just like the dances are because i want to be able to choose which speech to watch. The problem is this though: In the chapter menu on the right are the speeches and then the dances right below it. When I preview the dvd and go to speeches when I click ahead the number of times of speeches there are all of a sudden im in the dances and I dont want that. I just want it to stop and not let me watch the dances unless I choose "dances" from the main menu then have it let me watch the two dances I have.

How do I put a "block" after the speeches I have listed under the chapters before the dance chapters start? Ive tried everything, thanks :)
