No problems that I had.
You'll find CS3 better with memory issues. There's also a few nifty features in it but Adobe spent most of their resources porting to the Mac.
Nevertheless they've finally cottoned on to the necessity for updates that deliver enhanced functionality. This is already happened and other(s) may well be on the way before CS4.
I think it's clear that Adobe takes the memory issue very seriously. It's the main reason preventing wider penetration in professional circles.
