Stanley is likely to offer you the cheapest option. However, make sure that you get the specs from Sundance before going ahead + you might find that they'll accept a DVD for the selection, rather than the full-blown master.
HD-CAM is 1080, so you'll have to up-scale your 720 file. And do remember to draw a copy for yourself, so you have 2 HD-Cam masters. One for future dubbs and one for the festival circuit.
