There are missing a few components in there - what projectors are you intending to use? What is the input on those? And do you have a PC that can actually play-back your HD footage fast enough? In the end you might find that the $2,000 HD Card is the cheapest part of what you need to make this work.
There are also companies like Nexcom that have just recently released a black-box for digital signage, including the software to programme a multi-screen display... - might be a cheaper solution than trying to build your own.
