Is there such a converter HDMI to Fiber and Fiber to HDMI because that is what you will need.

There is a fiber solution that USC uses with the Rave that does SDI to Fiber but haven't heard of this one (although I really haven't looked either).

I suppose you could go HDMI to SDI to Fiber, but that seems a bit much.

Take a look at Telecast, they are the Fiber people. If you don't see it, call them, they may have something up their sleeve. They will be at our May 19th/20th demo, I will ask.
