With the kind of money that you are looking to spend, I would have thought that you yourself, maybe with the help of a DOP or Senior Camera Operator, would be the best person/people to create the package?
After that, it just becomes an issue of support and cost, which I am sure that moth dealers in today's market would like to think themselves competitive on.
