Sony F-series Menus

I'm trying to get an IN-DEPTH grasp of the Sony F-series (from F-900 through F-35) menus. Can any one recommend a good guide to what the items all do, how to evaluate the results of changing them (Pix monitor, Waveform or Vector scopes, other displays?) and the test charts or other apparatus/situations conducive to making the adjustments efficiently?

Robert Goodman did an exemplary job with his classic guide for the Varicam. Has anyone done a similar job for the Sony F-series (or even some major section of it)?

Since Mr. Gancie took his show overseas, I haven't found anything like it here in CA. I'd be willing to travel a little, but prefer to start with a book, DVD, or less expensive intro.
