Video card with DVI or HDMI input

Hi!
I'm looking for a video card you would recommander which has the feature of a DVI or HDMI input (from my HD cable box to the computer).
I really mean Input (and DVI output as well!) since I'd like to record TV in HD. I try to record an upcoming hockey game in HD and Sage TV/Beyond TV and all those software + PInnacle HD TV stick don't work (well, they accept/record only inSD). My computer is definitely up to the task and I'm having a hard time trying to find "that " video card. I heard about BlackMagic and emailed them to see if that would work for me.
Do you know if Ati's RADEON could do that as well.
What do you think ? What's my best bet for what I try to achieve ?
Thank you for any input! (no pun intented!!)
Jean
Bye!
