Hey Bob,
Thanks for replying...I agree with you big time! There should be a SRW-5500 forum, because I can't seem to find anyone who can help me out with it. Perhaps this will be the spark we need to set the fire, and hopefully someone will see our posts and provide some insight. It's nice to know that I am not the only one out there that feels this is a very complicated pice of equipment. Thanks!
