The answer is simple. If you want to use a copywritten theme for parody or othewise, unless you have permission from the copyright holders, you can't do it. It doesn't matter who it's for. It could be for a charity or non-profit. It doesn't matter. You have to obtain permission. While it can take some time to obtain permission, it is doable. But, it will cosat you some $. Often the $ is reasonable. Doing this without permission is risking a very big lawsuit.
