HDCAM SR SQ 4:4:4 10 bit log post workflow

Hi,
we plan to shoot feature with sony F23, and we just decided to shoot in HDCAM SQ 4:4:4 10 bit log @25.
Cause this is the first time that we shoot with F23 and first time that we have this kind of workflow i'm just wondering about workflow.
There are some options for online edit that we should decide about, is there anything special that i need to pay attention to?
About online edit, which is the best solution? AJA vs. Blackmagic?
Codec?
Anything else?
