So, my fellow "HD High End" friends, this gentlemen has a budget of about $200 - $300 US for his total storage for his HD-SDI 4:4:4 SRW project for this important television station that has stringent delivery demands. Please keep this in mind when responding with your "hi speed Fibre array" answers.

I have no answer, and nothing else to say.
