Hi there,
I would say shoot in 1080/24pa. It will give you frame size 1080x1280, little better acquired image than 720x960. You would still shoot 24 progressive frames but they will be recorded in 1080/60i stream with advanced pulldown that you can remove while ingesting and work with original 1080/24p.
If you broadcast is going to be 1080i then you are practically ready and if it is 720p then you just need crossconvert to 720p.
