Why did you shoot at two different frame rates?
And there is very few editing systems that will allow you to mix frame rates. For the sake of speed, it might be easier to edit everything at 29.97?
- Worst case scenario, id you're allowed, you can easily go NTSC for the whole short, and then do a On-Line later to your desired HD format.
In any case, rely on Postworks to help you out of this fix.
