Not until the patch comes out for the DX10 cards. Should be very soon.
You can try to temporarily turn down the acceleration on your video card and re-render your timeline and see if that helps. Some users say this has let them get a good DVD out. It is worth a try.
Right click on your XP desktop to open the Display Properties then click the Advanced button then click the Troubleshoot tab and move the slider down one notch. Then delete the render files for your sequence and let it re-render. See if the green flashes are gone. You could then try making a DVD from Liquid or use the recorder.
