Intensity Shuttle + P67 Chipset with Renesas/NEC USB 3.0

Hi guys!

I purchased a Black Magic Intensity Shuttle cause i like to stream games via twitch tv, i have a big issue cause the Shuttle seems to work with no problems using 480p but if i switch to 720p i receive an instant freeze and i must restart the PC, my actual system specs:

ECS h67h2-m3 with onboard usb 3.0 ports (ETRON drivers)
i5 2500k processor
4gb in RAM
GTX 460 video card

I realized after a quick research that the H67 is not compatible with the Intensity Shuttle but the P67 has a good degree of success, so, basically my question is:

Has anyone tried the Intel DP67BA-B3 motherboard?
Cause is the only P67 Motherboard i can afford at this moment and looks very promising

Hope someone knows if the mobo is compatible, sorry for the bad english xD
