UltraStudio Express monitoring?

I know this product isn't out yet but I'm wondering if anyone can answer my question. I'll be running this off of my 15" MBP 2GHz i7 via Thunderbolt. Is it possible to have the UltraStudio as well as my secondary monitor somehow on the same Thunderbolt I/O? Basically the setup I am hoping to have is the MBP, a 23" secondary viewing monitor to work off of and the UltraStudio Express feeding SDI into a Flanders Scientific LM2140W 21" reference monitor.

I'm just a little worried that I'll lose my secondary monitor and be stuck using the 15" screen as my work monitor.

Also, would this device be able to do simultaneous outputs on HDMI & SDI at the same time? In our other suite we have a reference monitor & HD plasma.
