Will "Intensity Pro Shuttle USB 3.0" answer my need?

Hi there!
I am doing some research online. Not completely sure, but also not getting an answer from Blackmagic Design...
Im working mainly with AE, and need to output video (preview video) to a monitor which will be the 3rd one together with my dual monitor setup.
Right now I am unable to output 3 monitors from my GTX card, and would prefer not to spend more money on a new Quadro card (for example)

For my understanding, the Intensity Shuttle via USB 3.0 is an affordable professional solution.
Am I right?

Windows 7 ---> Dual monitors + Broadcast monitor?

Of course capturing abilities are a nice +
