Capture Issues from EX-3

I'm capturing footage live from an EX-3 but even though my capture settings are 1080 50p the same as the camera my footage is twice the speed. I've recorded footage on the cards at the same time and don't have any problems which leads me to think its my capture settings,

Any advice would be great,
