i guess this has nothing to do with settings of your card.
in broadcast mixer's you can set where the switcher has to cut after field 1, after field 2 or after the nearest field. the last setting can give the problems you sketched. this can give the problem that in some cut's a
frame
can have content in field 1 of camera1 and in field 2 of camera 2. if you use 1 of the first 2 setting the problom will be there on
every
cut or will be solved.
