HDMI to Dell 24in vs. HDLink to Apple 23"
by Eric Hansen on Aug 24, 2008 at 2:34:54 am

i'm currently editing and color correcting in DVCPRO HD 1080i60 and ProRes with the following setup:

Mac Pro with Kona 3
HDLink to 23" Apple Cinema Display

i'm thinking about building a second editing suite that wont have to capture, but will still need to color correct. will the BM Intensity to the Dell 2408WFP 24" via HDMI produce a similar high quality result as the Kona 3 to HDLink to ACD? or is Decklink Extreme to HDLink to Dell the way to go? can the Intensity display 2k from Color or only 1080i?

thanks
