Decklink HD Extreme 2 and Vista 64 Cannot Capture Audio

Hardware:
1. Motherboard: Tyan S2892
2. CPU: 2x AMD Opteron 275
3. 8GB ECC REG PC3200
4. eVGA 9800GT

Software Installation Order:
1. Vista Ultimate x64 SP1
2. Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 3.2
3. Decklink 6.7.2 x64

I went to the Decklink control panel to switch the input to "NTSC Y with AES audio".

I started Premiere Pro CS3 3.2 and I received an error about the audio (not verbatim): "No compatible audio capture device could be found." I checked the Audio/Audio Hardware settings and confirmed that the Decklink Audio was being used, but not sound is captured.

I was able to capture video without problems.
