footage messy in premiere pro source monitor - intensity pro

Yesterday, I bought an intesity pro card..
I opened a 720p BM project in premiere pro cs3.2 (in fact two projects one compressed and one uncompressed) and imported one uncompressed avi, and a mxf p2 file. In both cases the clip was a mess, no colors, parts of the clips changed places, horizontal white lines, etc.
But I had no problem to connect to an external monitor HDMI and component, where I was able to see the same mess as in the source monitor.
I imported the bars video supplied by BM cd. It looked fine in both source monitor and external monitor. I imported also a pal quick time movie. It looked fine. I put the quick time movie over the layer of uncompressed avi and mxf p2 files, and was able to see both videos quite clear around the pal clip (since it's smaller). I found a workaround by downscaling the upper pal clip to 0, so I was able to see the clips below without any problem in both source and external monitor.
I tried After Effects. Every thing worked fine. But premiere pro still refuses to let me watch a clear clip.
Any help would be appreciated
