Decklink HD/adobe premiere/Vista 64

Hi
Just orderd a Decklink HD Extreme card - now I wonder if I would gain anything if I install Vista 64 instead of XP 32. Adobe premiere pro CS3 will still be a 32 bit application - would it not?
