No Video Output/ Blackmagic not switching on output

Hey,
For some reason my Blackmagic Decklink HD is not pushing the signal out into my external monitor. It was working just a couple of days ago but now I have no idea whats going on.
The external monitor as of right now is displaying the Mac OSX desktop. Usually when I enter into Final Cut, blackmagic turns on and the monitor goes black as if its getting ready to output the video signal onto the monitor. Now this no longer happens and the deskop wallpaper is still on my monitor. I restarted everthing still had the same problem. Check all my settings and everything is set to output onto blackmagic.
What else could be going on?! I'm using a Final Cut 6 with Blackmagic Decklink HD with newest drivers. I do not have or did not switch on color.
Please help with any advice...
