We have both cameras in house and it seems we seem to favor the 2700 more than the 3000.
-If we do FX work or compositing we favor the 3000 (%30) for the full raster chip set+10 bit workflow.
-On more standard shoots we use the 2700 (%70) for the flexibility for of variable frame rates.
Of course this will vary on client demand but "if" I had to choose I would opt out for the 2700 as in our market there seems to be more demand. You really cant go wrong at that level of quality.
