problem with varicam project

hy everibody.
i'm working on a film documentary shooted with the Panasonic AJHDC27H varicam camera 720p.
I'm editing in final cut with my Mac Pro dual quad xeon 3.2ghz equipped with the Multibridge Pro used to capture and to monitor out to my Jvc DT-V241D hd display.
This is my problem:
1- There is a significant color difference between my cinema display and the jvc, exactly in the jvc it looks more yellowish(in the sky for example) and the green in the cinema display is more grren that the jvc.The jvc is right calibrated.
2- there's a lot of noise not just in the black areas but sometimes also around the overall clip...it seems a dv footage!
3- when there are camera movement it isn't fluid but jerky: is this due to progressive format?
Someone can help me?
tnx in advance, and sorry for my imperfect english, i'm italian.
