50HZ while shooting 24P and delivering 60HZ NTSC
by

What is the effect of shooting 24P in Europe with the 50HZ power (strobing/flickering lights)? Should the camera be set to 50HZ or 60HZ? Will the post work flow handle the 50HZ setting and the 2:3 pull down while spitting out the final 60HZ NTSC configuration through the internal menu settings in the software of the AVID and/or FCP HD systems?
