LTO Archiving

Hi,
I have 9TB linux server used for storing SD and HD assets, while work is in progress.
In order to archive this off, I would like to install an LTO4 drive on it and I am looking for suggestions for suitable Linux software (proprietry is fine), to manage this.
The key requirements are that it can be managed from a web browser by operational users who have no technical knowledge, so that they can search an index/database, find out what LTO tape has the assets they are looking for, insert the tape and have it restore back onto the server array. Likewise, to be able to move files to a designated directory on the array and be able to archive it to tape.
Regards,
Richard
