Craig is right, there are many ways to tackle that problem, and the best way will generally depend on your budget. They are cellular, bonded cellular, satellite, and various forms of terrestrial wireless options you could use. It might be worth your while to hire a consultant (shameless self promotion) to draw up a document telling you exactly which direction to go.

You can also do the research, trial and error yourself and "save" yourself some money.

You may may wish to check out my blog. There is a host of really good information from us at Sandy Audio Visual and re-posted items from advanced amateurs and industry experts. In particular download the basic presentations I've put online that give an overview of webstreaming.

Some of the advertisers on this forum have some good material as well. I see a Telestream ad to the left of this window (I'm sure it'll appear somewhere different for you). Their staff frequently participates in forums and have PowerPoint presentations around the web that should help in self-education.

Cheers,

Colin
