What you do may depend on your budget and onsite wireless conditions.
You could use a Teradek Cube attached to each camera sending by a WifI connection created by the devices to a quad core i7 laptop with Telestream Wirecast which you can use to switch and add titles and logos as needed. Then you'd want to send the output of the laptop to a rented LiveU bonded 3G/4G to send.

You could rent a Tricaster and run HD-SDI cables to it (this would impact the mobility of the cameras) and attach a LiveU to the Tricaster.

You could attach LiveU to each camera and send to Wirecast in another location (can be hundreds of miles away this way) running with a Windows server to detect and import the 3G/4G streams to switch and then send to the CDN by standard internet connection from the Wirecast base station.
