Joey WellsBroadcast Streaming to mobile devices

I work with a small radio station, and we would like to switch from someone else hosting our internet stream to us hosting our own. We don't have a huge number of listeners, and we have 5 Mb+ upload to play with. I am trying to find a free or cheap way to be able to listen to the stream on a mobile device. I know I could use WME, but I need an mp3 or aac stream that can be heard on a computer or a smartphone. Any Ideas? Thanks!
