Streaming Live Video and Audio

Hello all,

I have a client that wants to do his presentations in real time with other people across the country. He speaks and has power point presentations and I also need the the people on the other end to be able to talk with him in real time.

Each of the parties will have audio and video feeds, so they can interact with one another.

What equipment do you recommend for encoding the video and audio and is there a certain content provider that I need to do this?

Sorry if this seems all over the place, this live streaming is all new to me.
