Bryce HooverSony HXR-NX5U as webcam to stream

I have a Sony HXR-NX5U and have a client that wants to stream the shoot on something like Ustream.
Also, they will use an Intel Mac Book Pro with wireless internet as the connection to the net.
Is this possible?
the camera doesn't have a Firewire port, only HDMI, SDI, Composite and Component.
I was thinking something like a Dazzle might work, if the MacBook will see it as a webcam.
any thoughts?
