entry level broadcast system needed

Dear Sirs

We're looking for a entry-level broadcast playout system for live/on-demand streaming channel and wondered if you had any recommendationson approach, hardware and/or software?

Majority of the time we want to play a "pseudo-live" loop of preview content that switches to live once a day when we do live webcasts. We also need a solution which allows us the flexibility to seamlessly switch to a webcast live on-location as well as from our studio.

was looking at influxis tv station app - could the front end be customised to our requirements, and can you also transcode/output to 3GP and iPhone (that's a key requirement) ?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
