Where to post long corp.meeting video for embedding

I wonder whether anyone has experience which could help me with this problem:

A business-oriented association wants to post its very lengthy annual meeting sessions online. We're talking 1-to-2 hour videos. I've looked at some of the paid services, but if a lot of people download the videos, they won't be able to afford to have them up for more than a couple days a month. Are there services which will help these folks out?

The association might qualify for a non-profit status, if that is relevant.
