iWeb quicktimes are slow

I have my website with godaddy, but all my quicktimes take so long to load. How can I export these so they load faster?

It just takes way to long to load and I'm afraid that when I am looking for a job and I send out my resume and link to my website, people won't wait to watch my reel. They'll just not call me. I need a job. haha. I'll take any advice you have. Thank you in advance!
