Okay, so did some research and the question is whether it can be done, rather does anyone have advice as to how, what software, etc.

This is what I would like to know specifically:

1. How to determine how much data transfer is required depending upon form of video, length and target audience. Is there a calculator? My question is: Is 6Mbps enough for streaming live video to, say, 20 or computers that are connected to the same local (internal) network for 10 or 15 minutes? I just need a way to calculate this.
2.What video streaming software does anyone recommend?
3. How to setup and maintain your own video streaming server. The option of using outsider server service is not an option.
