Video streaming through local network advice

Greetings,

Trying to start new video production studio at our school. Our preferred method of broadcasting real-time video is by using our school network (and of course, servers). We have 4 bonded T1's running at 6Mbps. Can anyone direct me in the right direction as to how we can do this? Website, book, etc?
